Job Description

The Sales and Customer Support Representative role is typically best suited for those who enjoy engaging with customers, providing great customer service, having some skills in sales, and looking to improve. This role is essential to our operations at Grill Hero. Strong candidates for this role must have good communication, organization and customer service skills. Candidates with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations will thrive in this role.

In this role, you will be tasked with providing the best possible customer experience to our loyal customer base. You will also be responsible for all inbound sales efforts, controlling and managing our many service providers' schedules, outbound sales, and ongoing customer service, as well as dealing with any customer service issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and Outbound Sales: Engage new and returning customers, answer inquiries and close sales.
  • Customer Service: Provide assistance and build relationships via phone and email.
  • Schedule Management: Organize and optimize the schedules of our service teams.
  • General Office Tasks: Assist with additional duties to support the team and keep operations smooth.

Compensation

  • Starting compensation at $17.20/hr + Incentives

Requirements:

  • Stable Internet and Computer: Desktop or laptop required.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using software to manage schedules and communicate with customers.
  • Excellent English Skills: Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time Availability: 5 days a week, including weekends. 7.5-hour shifts anywhere from 8 am-6 pm.
