  • Inbound and Outbound Calling:
    • Handle incoming calls from potential and current customers.
    • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate sales.
  • Voicemail Management:
    • Check, respond to, and manage voicemails promptly to ensure no leads or customer concerns are missed.
  • Follow-Up Calls:
    • Proactively reach out to customers for follow-ups, ensuring leads are converted into sales.
