Day in the Life As a Leader on Duty at Grill Hero, you’ll be at the pinnacle of technical expertise and leadership within our team. You’ll deliver advanced cleaning and repair services while mentoring and supporting service and lead technicians. Alongside technical work, you’ll handle schedule management, customer service, and employee development, ensuring the team operates smoothly and maintains the highest standards of service. This hybrid role is ideal for experienced professionals with strong leadership, technical acumen, and a passion for enhancing customer experiences.

Core Responsibilities
Perform advanced cleaning, repair, and touch-up services for barbecues, ovens, and related appliances.
Employee Training & Support:
Mentor service and lead technicians team members, providing on-the-job coaching and training.
Address technical and service-related questions from the team to ensure quality outcomes.
Manage & execute local marketing initiatives to drive sales in local markets
Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism, providing timely resolutions.
Assist with managing team schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and job efficiency.
Operational Leadership:

Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Qualifications:
1+ years of technical or customer service experience in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in cleaning and repairing barbecues, ovens, or similar equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team.
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
